Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising installation of pipe and culvert on heavy civil projects.
• OSHA 30 or higher is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent management and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting for weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
• Delegate responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor employees and contractors.
• Provide resources and staffing to meet project schedules, regulations, safety needs and quality standards.
• Emphasize safe use of tools and equipment and train on safety gear and procedures.
• Develop and manage project budgets and quality standards for all sites.
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
• Regularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.
