Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college/vocational education preferred.
• 7+ years of construction/heavy civil experience including superintendent or foreman roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling and quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project performance: cost, schedule, and quality.
• Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in site management practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
