- Experience:
- 2+ years of Software Development
- 2+ years of Infrastructure experience
- 2+ years of Linux and Ansible experience
- 2+ years of Kubernetes experience
- Previous startup experience is important due to the fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well with others; success is a team effort.
- Security mindset to anticipate and strategize against threats.
- Languages: Go, Ansible, Terraform, Bash
- Tech stack: Grafana, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Cosmos SDK

- Job Responsibilities:
- Write code to streamline operations
- Build monitoring and dashboards for system health reporting
- Deploy and maintain blockchain nodes (ZetaChain, Ethereum, Bitcoin, etc.)
- Manage infrastructure for web applications
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability standards
- Participate in on-call rotation monthly
- Bonus points:
- Familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, GitOps methodologies
- Understanding of blockchain technologies and smart contracts
- Experience with Go (Cosmos SDK, go-ethereum, etc.)

In-Office Culture
This is a remote position, but preference is given to applicants in the Bay Area, with a hybrid model of 2-3 days in-office per week. Flexibility is provided for life circumstances.
Compensation
Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (San Francisco benchmark). Adjusted for other locations to remain competitive. Additionally, full-time team members receive 10% to 25% in liquid benefits, with upside based on role, experience, and impact.
