The role covers incident lifecycle, automation, and technical communication. You will monitor services, perform root-cause analyses, participate in on-call shifts, and drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

• Capacity Ingestion and Management: design and architect infrastructure for reliability and functionality.
• Incident and Service Lifecycle Management: monitor services, perform incident response, root cause analyses and post-mortems.
• Automation: develop automation tools to monitor, mitigate, or remediate issues.
• Technical Communication and Guidance: communicate service attributes and changes across teams.
• Troubleshooting and Resolution: provide operational support and participate in on-call shifts.
• Innovation and Improvement: identify and implement performance and deployment improvements.
