IEX is seeking a Senior Systems Reliability Engineer in California with responsibilities in optimizing and automating processes for our trading platform. Candidates should have strong automation skills and a solid background in Linux, Python, and network understanding. The expected annual base pay ranges from $150,000 to $225,000 depending on experience and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large, complex, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP Stack, routes, multicast, and host-side networking.
• Familiarity with Data Center workflows and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical operations of our trading platform.
• Build tools to monitor and automate processes.
• Participate in the engineering process as we design and manage systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across the whole stack - hardware, software, application, and network.
• Document current and future configuration processes and policies.
