Roblox is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure and tooling. You will promote reliability, automate cluster management, and create production guardrails across the Roblox Compute group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 6+ years in SRE or software engineering.
• Fluency with high-level programming languages like Go, Java, or C#.
• 7+ years of experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems.
• Experience building reliable tooling and adoption across teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and operate scalable systems and libraries promoting fault-tolerance and observability.
• Promote reliability best practices across Infra Compute group and provide reviews and guidance.
• Build, automate, and standardize tooling to support the Roblox ecosystem.
• Create production guardrails and performance monitoring services to detect capacity issues and degradations.
• Analyze systems and designs for production readiness.
