Responsibilities

• Translate a napkin idea from DigitalWave founders into a Cost Optimization quietly-excellent prototype
• Reverse-engineer the transparent Team Leadership format DigitalWave inherited and never documented
• Spike an OpenShift proof of concept fast when DigitalWave needs a yes-or-no answer
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Kubernetes libraries
• Keep DigitalWave's Helm CI under ten minutes so Fargo, ND engineers stay in flow
• Monitor system health and set up alerting for quick-to-ship production environments
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture
