You will identify instability sources, improve automation, participate in design reviews and postmortems, support production troubleshooting, and help scale services for millions of users. Salary is $182,800—$247,300 USD, with equity and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site reliability engineering or DevOps for large-scale products.
• Experience solving issues in distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
• Proficiency with Java, Kotlin, Python or Go and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and platform teams to identify sources of instability.
• Support core infrastructure, diagnose production issues, and improve automation.
• Provide system design consulting, postmortems, and incident response improvements.
• Release features with reliability in mind and reduce toil through tooling.
