Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of client systems in a federal context. You will define KPIs and SLOs, analyze incidents, and implement preventative measures to improve efficiency.

You will design monitoring, runbooks, and automation, plus participate in on-call rotations and chaos engineering to proactively identify weaknesses before they affect users.

Formación

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in CS, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• Completion of Systems Developer (Advanced) Playlist or professional certification options.
• Holding one of the listed certifications (FITSP-D, GCSA, GISF, SSCP).
• 8 years of experience managing reliability, uptime, and automating operations for large IT systems.
• Must meet DoD 8140 requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of client systems.
• Define and track KPIs and SLOs; identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems; automate routine tasks.
• Conduct capacity planning, load testing, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and practice chaos engineering to identify weaknesses.

Educación
