Job summary

Capgemini in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build and operate resilient, scalable systems using DevOps and IaC. You will automate deployment, improve observability and support production tooling for high availability.

Responsibilities include incident response, capacity planning, and embedding reliability into the software lifecycle across AWS/Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes-based containerized workloads experience for reliability.
• Experience with Power BI and Grafana dashboards for ops visibility.
• IaC expertise with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Datadog/Splunk for monitoring, logging and alerting at scale.
• CI/CD and DevOps tooling with Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Python for automation and scripting across Linux/Windows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant work experience in SRE.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate resilient, scalable systems with SRE practices.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, self-healing across cloud/on‑prem.
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for distributed systems.
• Drive incident response, RCA and recovery improvements to reduce downtime.
