Job summary

Purpose Financial is seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Greenville, SC. You will build and maintain reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines in AWS, leveraging Kubernetes/EKS and infrastructure as code.

The role includes on-call responsibilities and collaboration with Development and Operations to scale services effectively. You will create and maintain tools, workflows, and standards to help developers ship code efficiently and reliably, while contributing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps / SRE role supporting CI/CD in production.
• 5+ years designing and operating scalable AWS infrastructure.
• 2+ years building and managing CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• 2+ years working with containerized workloads in Kubernetes/EKS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure as code and pipelines.
• Configure Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/Rancher in AWS.
• Handle reliability and root cause analysis across AWS and on-prem.
• Establish CI/CD processes with Kubernetes/Rancher CD and GitHub Actions.
• Monitor performance with Elastic Cloud and participate in on-call.
