What's the Job?

• Lead large-scale production support using ITIL practices to ensure system reliability and performance
• Support AI/ML and LLM-based systems, managing operational risks and incident response
• Implement and enhance observability, monitoring, and automation solutions for critical applications
• Participate in deployments, incident management, and change management activities
• Design resilient systems supporting on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise support or regulated industries
• Strong background in observability platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and automation tools such as Ansible
• Experience supporting large-scale Java/.NET applications and databases like Oracle or MSSQL
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI and its application in operational environments
