What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will utilize AI-powered insights to maintain and enhance our production infrastructure across multiple cloud regions, ensuring high performance and reliability. You will collaborate across teams, develop new skills, and stay at the technological forefront.

What You'll Work On

• Develop high-performance CI/CD pipelines for rapid, quality releases.
• Design and secure cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Crossplane.
• Automate operations using Go, Python, and serverless solutions such as AWS Lambda and Kubernetes Jobs.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, blockchain infrastructure, and nodes across various chains.
• Ensure system reliability and security through on-call rotations, troubleshooting, and security collaboration.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies for microservices architecture.
• Apply AI solutions for infrastructure management, log analysis, anomaly detection, and performance optimization.
• Mentor team members and promote collaboration and scalability.

Minimum Requirements

For Site Reliability Engineer (II):

• 2+ years in DevOps or SRE roles with cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 1+ years in CI/CD and microservices support.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Shell.
• Interest in emerging AI tools.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and performance skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes, blockchain nodes, networking, monitoring tools, databases, data migration, IaC, and AI tools.

For Senior Site Reliability Engineer (III):

• 4+ years in DevOps or SRE roles.
• 3+ years in CI/CD and microservices support.
• Expertise in system observability, problem-solving, and deployment strategies like Blue-Green, Canary, A/B testing.

Base Salary Range:

• Site Reliability Engineer (II): $120,000 - $162,500
• Senior Site Reliability Engineer (III): $147,500 - $195,000
