A leading, well respected construction company have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a residential development comprising circa 400 units in Chelmsford, Essex.

The company have been around for over 50 years, and have a strong track record for delivering high quality, large scale construction projects that put local communities at the core of their business.

They operate across London and the South East, carrying out public sector housing, education and healthcare projects. They have a unique and unrivalled approach to community regeneration and affordable housing projects.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on a new build residential scheme comprising circa 400 units in Chelmsford, Essex. The RC frame is already up, but there is a long way to go on the project which is due to complete in 2018.

The Senior Site Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar schemes with a reputable house builder. RC frame experience is essential and the Senior Manager will need to have excellent all round construction knowledge and be a strong manager of full site teams.
