Job summary

Stealth Construction LLC is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead complex commercial projects from mobilization to turnover in the Houston area. The role requires overseeing horizontal site work and vertical construction, coordinating multiple superintendents, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, OSHA 30, and the ability to read diverse drawings. Spanish preferred; travel across Houston and Texas may be needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, incl. horizontal and vertical.
• 5+ years leading full projects as superintendent or site manager.
• Experience with c-stores, fuel stations, truck stops, retail centers, or warehouses.
• Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full field responsibility for assigned projects from mobilization through final completion and owner turnover.
• Direct the Site Work, Concrete, Vertical, Metal Building, MEP, and Finishes Superintendent teams and crews.
• Build and own the master project schedule and drive recovery plans.
• Review drawings for constructability and conflicts before work starts.
• Coordinate inspections, utilities, engineers, and regulatory requirements across the full project.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material planning across multiple sites.
• Control field costs, approve timesheets and deliveries, report cost-to-complete to the PM.
• Identify scope changes early and document them for change orders.
• Lead owner, engineer, and subcontractor site meetings.
• Mentor superintendents and foremen and support crew development.
• Manage punch lists, final inspections, and closeout documentation.
