Whirlpool Corporation–KitchenAid is seeking a Site Performance & Data Optimization Sr. Analyst to drive data-led website optimization and ROI on search advertising. You will lead journey analysis, roadmap-driven optimizations, and collaboration with CRO and EMEA teams.

You will also support dashboard integrity, traffic tracking, and new data projects within the KitchenAid Data Team, ensuring accurate reporting and KPI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Optimize user journey on KitchenAid EMEA websites using analytics.
• Lead SEA ad performance optimization and campaign testing.
• Maintain and improve data reporting and dashboards with the data team.
• Ensure proper traffic tracking and consistent UTM guidelines.
