Job summary

Reybold Group Of Companies in Bear, DE is seeking a Site Construction Superintendent to lead field operations, safety, scheduling, and coordination with trade contractors to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of site construction and supervisory experience, a two-year degree in construction management or related field, and a valid driver's license. Project management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of site construction experience including pipe work, grading, lot, paving and concrete work.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field crews and personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee site safety, productivity, scheduling, and coordination with trade contractors and suppliers.
• Manage subcontract contracts and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain daily logs and reports of job site activities.
• Train and develop employees and supervise foremen and supervisors.
• Assist in planning, estimating materials and manpower for jobs.
• Resolve problems impacting project progress and quality.
