Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or a two-year degree plus four years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum seven years of experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on start-up management or project management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial start-up and site activation processes.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and relevant clinical trial regulations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead study start-up and site activation activities across clinical research programs, ensuring timely execution from site identification through regulatory submission. You will serve as a key coordinator across internal teams and external stakeholders, helping keep activation plans, milestones, risks, and budgets on track. The position is well suited for someone who brings strong project leadership, clinical trial start-up expertise, and a collaborative approach in a global environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,000 – $213,000 annually
