Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with causal inference and uplift modeling.
• Familiarity with discrete event simulation and Monte Carlo methods.
• Experience in building agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design simulation environments for CTV auction mechanics.
• Develop frameworks for evaluating bidding strategies offline.
• Mentor engineers on AI infrastructure.

Skills

Systems programming experience in Zig or similar (C, C++, Rust)

Deep understanding of probabilistic modeling
