Senior Silicon Validation Engineer, Kuiper Silicon Team

Job ID: 2934593 | Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Come work at Amazon!

As Senior Silicon Validation Engineer, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative product solutions. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and operating lab bench setups and probe-stations to enable high-volume production test of mm-wave SoCs for Project Kuiper. Lab bench setups will span wafer level and package level setups as well as digital and RF focused setups. You’ll also be responsible for writing automation software for some of these setups. You’ll work closely with silicon design teams, ATE engineers, and failure analysis engineers to bring-up, test, characterize and debug complex SoCs. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

Export Control Requirement:
