Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced engineer to co-design and validate safety, security, reliability, and performance features across analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits. You will bridge design intent and silicon reality from first power-on through sign-off, driving critical decisions with your data.

You will build methodologies, identify model divergences, and lead automated testing and data pipelines that accelerate coverage without sacrificing rigor.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on silicon bring-up, frequency and power characterization, or post-silicon validation.
• Strong circuit fundamentals across analog, digital, and mixed-signal.
• Hands-on lab depth with oscilloscopes, multimeters, DAQs, spectrum analyzers.
• Depth in product binning, PVT analysis, guard-banding; statistical fluency.
• Scripting in Python, C/C++ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the co-design, bring-up, and post-silicon validation of the analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits that underpin NVIDIA's safety, security, reliability, and performance enhancement features - across the full PVT space, from first power-on through production sign-off.
• Close the simulation-to-silicon gap by building methodologies that correlate measured circuit behavior against pre-silicon predictions and producing actionable analysis.
• Trace failures to their source and drive the resolution to confirmation, handling margins, power integrity, and system-level coupling.
• Own and build AI agents for automated test orchestration, intelligent data pipelines, and analysis flows that expand coverage and reduce cycle time.
• Build automation and analysis infrastructure to enable efficient multi-product execution with depth and coverage.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and interns, raising the technical floor of the team.
