Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot satellite communications systems, networks, and voice, data, and video infrastructure.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity controls, including encryption, access management, secure storage, VPN solutions, and policy compliance.
• Administer SharePoint and collaboration environments with availability, security, and user support.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and provide knowledge transfer to users and support personnel.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance improvements; identify risks and mitigate cyber threats.
