Job summary

A small engineering firm in Utica is looking for a Signal Processing Engineer to develop algorithms for detecting and processing digital communication signals. Qualifications

• Ability to perform in-depth technical evaluations of emerging communications technologies.
• Experience in receiver design including digital filtering, channel estimation, equalization, demodulation, and decoding.
• US citizenship and eligibility for a Department of Defense security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform research, design, development, and production of communication equipment and systems.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and install communication equipment using digital signal processing algorithms.
• Incorporate traditional signal processing techniques along with ML and AI techniques.
