  • Participate in, and/or lead, lab‑based and field testing.
  • Lead and/or engage in multiple projects.
  • Communicate results in briefings and written materials to your team, the customer, and management.
Basic Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership of small multi‑disciplinary technical teams and/or projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in EW, SIGINT, and/or radar fields as a technical leader.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree.
  • Business Development and Capture experience (e.g., proposals, white papers).
  • Experience working in a research and development (R&D) environment.

Note: The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $270,000 for qualified candidates with an active clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to work onsite in our Arlington, VA or San Diego, CA offices.
