Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions, a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer for the CBS Team in Austin, TX. The role involves supporting customer system development from concept through production, and developing test strategies for new products.

The candidate will design, simulate, and validate high‑speed connectors and cable interconnects, using HFSS, CST, HSPICE, and related tools. Remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS/PhD preferred.
• 3 years of industry experience in signal integrity for high-speed systems.
• Experience with measurement and debugging using TDR, VNA and pattern generators.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to teams responsible for customer system development from concept to production.
• Develop integration and test strategies for new product introductions.
• Support production to ensure high-level test and measurement excellence.
• Design, simulate, and characterize high-speed connectors and cable interconnects.
• Share knowledge and pursue continuous improvement in methods and workflows.
