Qualifications

10+ years in signal integrity or high-speed design.
Expert in electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, and channel modeling.
Proven track record delivering complex high-speed systems to production.
Proficient with SI tools: Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS/SIwave, Cadence Sigrity.
Experience in high-speed PCB design and stack-up definition.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical authority for Signal Integrity across multiple programs.
Define system-level SI architecture, budgets, loss targets, and margins.
Lead end-to-end SI ownership from concept to production.
Drive pre-layout and post-layout simulation methodologies and sign-off criteria.
Develop and standardize design rules for PCB stack-up, routing, and via design.
