Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in signal integrity, high-speed design, or related domain
• Deep expertise in electromagnetic theory and transmission line behavior
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-speed systems to production
• Expert-level proficiency with SI tools: Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS/SIwave, Cadence Sigrity
• Strong experience with advanced PCB design, stack-up definition, and high-speed interface standards

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for Signal Integrity across multiple programs and product lines
• Define system-level SI architecture and strategy, including channel budgets, loss targets, and margin requirements
• Lead end-to-end SI ownership from concept and architecture through design, validation, and production
• Drive pre-layout and post-layout simulation methodologies and sign-off criteria across the organization
• Develop and standardize design rules and best practices for PCB stack-up, high-speed routing, return path, and crosstalk mitigation
