Celestica is seeking a Principal Signal Integrity Engineer to drive high‑speed signaling techniques for Networking, server and storage platforms. You will plan digital PCB designs, run simulations, verify in lab, and troubleshoot SI issues across dispersed teams.

The role demands deep expertise with 50Gbps signaling, S-parameters, and lab measurements, plus strong communication skills to collaborate with customers and suppliers on roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in high speed signal delivery design and evaluation.
• PCB design and SI within boards and interconnects for signals up to 50Gbps.
• Experience with NRZ and PAM4 signaling and S-parameters.
• Strong cross‑functional communication across dispersed teams and with customers.
• Lab measurements (TDR, VNA) and test fixture development.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop next generation technologies for Networking, server and storage products.
• Provide technical leadership and act as SME for signal integrity across programs.
• Engage with customers and suppliers on roadmaps and product support.
• Mentor team members and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Simulate digital interfaces (FPGA to DRAM, SERDES) and analyze analog paths.
