Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager / Principal Consultant to lead and scale delivery of CrowdStrike MDR and Next Gen SIEM (LogScale) for enterprise and mid-market clients. The role focuses on creating repeatable delivery models, operational excellence, and driving client outcomes through Kroll’s managed services framework.

You will mentor detection engineers and client delivery professionals, define SOPs, and collaborate with alliances to co-develop offerings.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in cybersecurity delivery, operations or consulting.
• Proven leadership of teams deploying CrowdStrike Falcon/LogScale.
• Understanding of SIEM/SOAR, detection logic and threat response.
• Experience maturing MDR service models (process, metrics, automation).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CrowdStrike MDR and Next Gen SIEM implementations.
• Define playbooks and delivery frameworks for scalable service.
• Mentor detection engineers and consultants on client projects.
• Oversee detection logic, rule development, and SOC optimization.
• Collaborate with incident response and advisory teams to integrate detection improvements.
