Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to mature Google SecOps/SIEM capabilities with AI enhancements. You will design and tune detection content, parsers, and data pipelines, while enabling automation to improve analyst efficiency and reduce false positives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise SIEM with Google SecOps experience.
• Experience in Google SecOps: detection engineering, log onboarding, data normalization.
• Experience applying AI/automation in security operations to reduce manual work.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting for integrations and automations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing maturity and optimization of the Google SecOps platform, improving detection coverage, data quality, operational effectiveness, and overall SIEM capabilities.
• Design, build, tune, and maintain detection rules, parsers, data pipelines, and log integrations to ensure reliable visibility across the enterprise.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, tools, and custom agents that improve analyst efficiency and AI-driven alert triage.
• Build integrations, automations, and enrichment capabilities that reduce manual effort and accelerate investigations.
• Define and track KPIs for detection effectiveness, automation adoption, and analyst productivity.
• Create and maintain documentation for detections, engineering solutions, workflows, and processes.
