Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in Irvine, CA is seeking a Software Engineer III to lead Siebel and Salesforce modernization efforts. You will develop, maintain, and support Siebel applications, while coordinating with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver stable, scalable solutions during the Siebel‑to‑Salesforce migration.

The role requires 6–8 years in Siebel development, strong OOAD, and hands‑on IP23, J2EE and SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of Siebel development, configuration, and integration.
• 1–2 years hands‑on Siebel IP23 Development, Configuration, and Administration.
• Strong OOAD understanding.
• Experience deploying to J2EE servers (JBoss/WebLogic/Tomcat).
• Production support, incident management, and root cause analysis experience.
• Experience delivering complex projects in multi‑vendor environments.
• Salesforce knowledge and relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience leading or supporting Siebel‑to‑Salesforce migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Siebel applications using Siebel Tools and Oracle DB technologies.
• Support analysis, design, testing, and operations for Call Center systems.
• Coordinate Siebel implementations with business users and cross‑functional teams.
• Create implementation plans, issue logs, status reports, and technical docs.
• Produce clean, unit‑tested, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Manage incident tracking, vendor coordination, and escalation activities.
• Analyze issue trends and suggest process/tech improvements.
• Participate in 24x7 on‑call support for P1/P2 incidents.
• Collaborate on enterprise modernization initiatives including Siebel‑to‑Salesforce migration.
