Job summary

Johnson Controls is looking for a Senior Siebel Administrator to manage Oracle Siebel CRM environments across development, testing, and production. You will ensure stability, security, and performance while supporting upgrades, integrations, cloud initiatives, and disaster recovery.

You will lead Siebel upgrades, configure clustering and load balancing, monitor performance, and develop automation for routine tasks. SSO/LDAP/AD integrations and OCI/cloud familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
5+ years administering Oracle Siebel CRM in enterprise environments.
Hands-on Siebel on Windows and Linux.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Oracle Siebel CRM environments across development, testing, and production.
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Oracle Siebel on Windows and Linux.
Lead Siebel upgrades to current releases (Siebel 25.x+).
Configure gateway clustering and AI load balancing.
Monitor performance across Siebel Servers, AOMs, AI, gateway, Tomcat.
Troubleshoot complex issues via logs and FDR reports.
Develop automation for admin tasks using batch/cron/scripts.
Support SSO, LDAP, and AD integrations.
Document procedures and runbooks.
