Job summary

You will collaborate with global engineering teams, perform VNA, TDR, and S-parameter measurements, review layouts, and provide customer-facing support with clear tradeoffs. This role emphasizes cross-functional coordination with manufacturing and vendors to meet schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience in SI for connectors, cables, or PCBs.
• Hands-on SI measurements using VNA, TDR, and S-parameters.
• Experience reviewing PCB layouts, padstacks, vias, and stackups.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with Allegro or similar PCB design tools.

Responsibilities

• Own SI test boards and manage lifecycle and documentation.
• Provide customer-facing SI support and present tradeoffs.
• Perform SI measurements and generate technical reports.
• Collaborate with global SI, layout, product, and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate with PCB fabrication vendors to resolve issues.
