Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end shopper analytics using Kroger Collaborative Cloud/84.51 data. You will drive insights on promotions, pricing, and assortment, and develop executive dashboards to inform Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, and Analytics teams.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, is remote with Work From Home, and operates on a 6:30 PM–3:30 AM shift in Pan India. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and strong storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL with complex joins on large datasets.
• Proficient Python (pandas) for analytics and hypothesis testing.
• Experience in promotion, pricing, and assortment analysis.
• Expertise in basket, trip, penetration, frequency, and cross-purchase analysis.
• Ability to create executive-ready dashboards and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale shopper transaction and loyalty datasets using SQL/Python.
• Deliver insights on promotion effectiveness, pricing, assortment, trip missions, basket analysis, and cross-purchase behavior.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and hypotheses.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, and strategic recommendations (Power BI / Excel / PPT).
• Partner with Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Sales, and Analytics stakeholders.
• Ensure KPI consistency, business logic alignment, and methodology documentation.
• Identify proactive opportunities within Kroger / retailer data for future business impact.
