Competenze
- Minimum 4 years hands-on automotive technician experience.
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Train, coach, and support technicians to grow and improve efficiency.
- Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow.
- Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations.
