Job summary

Faulkner Buick GMC is seeking energetic auto technicians to join our growing team. Immediate openings for career-minded individuals ready to train, diagnose, and mentor others while delivering quality repairs.

We offer flat rate pay ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, full-time work, PTO and holidays, 401(k) with company matching, paid training and certification, tuition reimbursement, on-the-job training, and advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.
• Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow
• Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations
• Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards
• Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs
