Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Olive Branch, MS. You will supervise a shift, ensure safety and compliance, and manage attendance in Workday while maintaining accurate shipping records and material flow.

The role supports fast-paced, high-growth data center supply chains. The position requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, forklift certification, and familiarity with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of people management in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Certification in warehouse management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO audits and compliance in warehousing.
• Ability to operate forklift and handle heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse shift.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and daily checks by leads.
• Manage attendance in Workday for employees and contingent workers.
• Maintain records of received goods and complete shipping processes.
• Develop material schedules and coordinate movements of materials.
• Train associates and monitor performance per SYNNEX policy.
