B&I Contractors, Inc., a Florida-based MEP contractor, is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead HVAC duct installation on commercial projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, safety compliance, and coordination with project teams.

You will supervise crews, read plans, manage subcontractors, and ensure work meets codes and schedules. We offer employee ownership, comprehensive benefits, and NCCER-based training as part of our growth.

Competenze

• Five years of HVAC sheetmetal experience with leadership.
• Knowledge of codes, commercial HVAC systems, plans and specs.
• Ability to manage personnel and schedule sub-contractors.
• Florida driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily activities of crew to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Attend weekly job site meetings and read blueprints and submittals.
• Plan and assign tasks using labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Maintain records, monitor progress, and report updates to management.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure workflow.
