Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, blueprints, and shop drawings.
• Proficient with sheet metal hand tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components according to drawings and job requirements.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and ductwork plans.
• Measure, lay out, cut, bend, form, and assemble sheet metal accurately.
• Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including shears, brakes, plasma cutters, and CNC machines.
• Fabricate ductwork and fittings and ensure dimensions meet specifications.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, fit, and workmanship.
• Support production schedules with timely, quality fabrication.
