Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Master's with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School Diploma with 12 years.
• Strong experience with SharePoint technologies including SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, SE, and SharePoint Online.
• Configuring, installing, and securing SharePoint systems.
• Managing SQL clusters in support of SharePoint farms.
• Patch maintenance for SQL clusters and SharePoint farms.
• PKI authentication and claims-based authentication.
• Load balancers such as F5 BigIP or Citrix NetScaler.
• M365/O365 cloud offerings such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Routine maintenance processes and maintenance windows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure SharePoint environments.
• Manage SQL clusters for SharePoint farms and apply patches.
• Configure PKI and authentication mechanisms.
• Monitor and optimize load balancers and cloud services.
• Collaborate with ITSM processes and change management.
• Provide Tier 2/3 system administration support.
