Job summary

EY seeks a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer Consultant (Manager) to lead large-scale migrations from SharePoint on-premises to Microsoft 365 and to architect modern intranets. You will shape target information architecture, migration waves, and modernization strategies, partnering closely with client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and supportable solutions.

You will bring deep experience across SharePoint Server/Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting delivering SharePoint solutions and migrations using Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration.
• Proven experience planning and executing migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, hypercare).
• Experience with at least one major migration toolset (Migration Manager, ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest).
• Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead workshops and present recommendations to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead migrations from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Design and deliver modern intranets with IA, hubs, navigation, and permissions.
• Manage pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Map legacy workflows to Power Platform patterns where appropriate.
• Establish governance, provisioning, and operational reporting.
• Communicate risks, tradeoffs and decisions to clients and teams.
