Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer for a full-time position to design and build SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom solutions that power enterprise collaboration and document management across federal environments.

You will lead automated workflows with Power Automate, scripting with PowerShell, and integrations via REST APIs and Microsoft Graph, while mentoring junior staff and upholding secure, scalable development practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field; 2 years may substitute for 1 year.
5–8 years SharePoint development across O365 environments.
Microsoft 365 and SPFx certifications or equivalent experience.
Experience with migrations and enterprise content architecture.

Responsibilities

Design and develop SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom solutions.
Build automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft 365 services.
Develop PowerShell automation for provisioning, configuration, and bulk operations.
Design and execute content migrations and information architecture changes.
Lead code review, secure development practices, and mentoring of junior staff.
