Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer for a full-time position to design and build SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom solutions that power enterprise collaboration and document management across federal environments.

You will lead automated workflows with Power Automate, scripting with PowerShell, and integrations via REST APIs and Microsoft Graph, while mentoring junior staff and upholding secure, scalable development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field; 2 years may substitute for 1 year.
• 5–8 years SharePoint development across O365 environments.
• Microsoft 365 and SPFx certifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience with migrations and enterprise content architecture.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Develops SharePoint applications, custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions, workflows, and integrations supporting enterprise collaboration and document management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom solutions.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop PowerShell automation for provisioning, configuration, and bulk operations.
• Design and execute content migrations and information architecture changes.
• Lead code review, secure development practices, and mentoring of junior staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Two (2) years of specialized experience may substitute for one (1) year of the academic requirement.
• Minimum Experience: Five (5) to eight (8) years of SharePoint development experience across SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments.
• Certifications - Required: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate or equivalent SharePoint-focused Microsoft certification.
• Certifications - Obtainable After Hire: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), within 180 days of assignment.
• Certifications - Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204); Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Required Skills: SharePoint Online and On-Premises; SPFx; Power Automate; PowerShell; REST APIs; JavaScript and TypeScript; site customization.
• Preferred Skills: SharePoint migration tooling; Microsoft Graph API; Azure integration; federal environments.

Technical Environment

SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server 2019; SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with TypeScript and React; PnP JS and PnP PowerShell; Power Automate and Power Apps; Microsoft Graph API; Microsoft Entra ID; Azure Functions and Logic Apps; ShareGate or Metalogix migration tooling; Microsoft 365 admin center.
