Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to support our FEMA contract. This fully remote role is based in the United States and requires the ability to obtain FEMA Public Trust clearance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to map processes, redesign site templates, deploy Power Apps, and build governance and data-views with Power BI, Dataverse, and related platforms. This position offers strong growth and a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience
• Experience with SharePoint and MS Dynamics development/design

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map new project requests and current processes
• Redesign site templates with SharePoint capabilities and mobile-first design
• Evaluate and deploy Power Apps for consistent, accurate data intake
• Redesign request, approval, and notification flows to reduce manual handoffs
• Build a reusable component library of templates and forms for future projects
• Consolidate data into Power BI views for stakeholders
• Stand up a governance site with links to FEMA policy and guidance
• Advise on Dataverse for relational data supporting Power Platform and Power BI
• Document risk, data modeling, and FEMA governance posture
• Train power users on applying data-management best practices
