Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced SharePoint/Power Platform Developer for a FEMA contract. This fully remote role within the United States requires strong expertise in SharePoint development and Power Platform solutions.

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, FEMA Public Trust clearance, and experience with MS Dynamics are required. Certifications in MS Dynamics/SharePoint are preferred. Competitive salary listed.

Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint and MS Dynamics development/design.
• Knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Understanding of governance, security, and data privacy in government IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes and requirements.
• Redesign site templates and layouts using modern SharePoint Online capabilities.
• Deploy Power Apps and Automate flows for consistent data intake and automation.
• Establish governance resources (sites/Teams) with links to FEMA guidance.
• Consolidate data into Power BI views for stakeholders across directorates.
