Job summary
People, Technology & Processes seeks a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to lead hands-on solution development for KM initiatives in Arlington, with daily Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration. The role requires five years of Power Platform experience across NIPR and SIPR, SharePoint Online architecture expertise, and strong governance and taxonomy knowledge.
The candidate will design scalable SharePoint/workflow solutions, deliver monthly KM training, and ensure secure configuration
Qualifications
- Five years of Power Platform experience across NIPR and SIPR environments.
- Hands-on SharePoint Online architecture and development experience.
- Ability to translate KM requirements into technical SharePoint/workflow solutions.
- Experience with metadata, taxonomy standards, content types, and governance documentation.
- Experience delivering KM tools training and supporting Enterprise KM initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows for KM requirements.
- Perform day-to-day Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration and annual site assessments.
- Design and deliver monthly KM Tools Training sessions (≥ 2 hours).
- Maintain information architectures and coordinate metadata, naming conventions, and content structures.
- Monitor KM automations and 365 solutions; report performance.
