As a Senior SharePoint Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of building and optimizing our SharePoint environment within Azure Government. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with stringent DoD security standards. Your work will help empower teams across Shield AI to achieve operational excellence and create a safer, more secure world.

What you'll do:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain secure SharePoint, Teams and Power BI solutions in Azure.
  2. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Implement and optimize workflows using Power Automate, PowerApps, custom web parts, and system integrations.
  4. Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and best practices.
  5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while maintaining system documentation and processes.
  6. Continuously improve the SharePoint environment by staying current with emerging technologies.
  7. Manage SharePoint helpdesk tickets.
Required qualifications:
  1. You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. You have at least 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
  3. You are proficient in Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerShell, and related tools.
  4. You are knowledgeable about DoD security standards and compliance requirements.
  5. You excel in problem-solving and have strong attention to detail.
  6. You can obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
Preferred qualifications:
  1. Microsoft Teams administration.
  2. Power BI administration.

Salary range: $95,000 - $160,000 per year

Offer packages include pay within range + Bonus + Benefits + Equity for full-time employees, and a similar pay range with temporary benefits after 60 days for temporary employees. Compensation depends on experience, skills, certifications, and location. All offers contingent on background check and references. Military and part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.
