Role & Responsibilities

• Experience in analysis, documentation, and production implementation of DMS websites and portals, including maintenance of existing websites and portals using SharePoint.
• Well-versed with SharePoint Architecture (Hub/Spoke).
• Knowledge of various templates like Teams, Communications.
• Taxonomy creation - SP list, Libraries, Managed Metadata, Content Types, Folders, Document Sets, Out-of-the-box (OOB) Views, Filtration.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Search, Managed Metadata configuration.
• Understanding of Retention Policies, Labels, and Archival concepts.
• Security - Permissions Levels. Good knowledge of Token-based authentication like Client ID/Secret. Working knowledge of tools like Postman.
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps & Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, SPFx, REST API, and MS Graph.
• Extensive knowledge of PnP PowerShell scripting used in SharePoint.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint extensions, Modern PnP web parts.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive in identifying issues and assisting in their resolution.
