Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a senior SharePoint and Web solutions engineer in Raleigh, NC. You will design, prototype, test, and deliver SharePoint-based tools for Permits and District Offices, translating client requirements into actionable user stories for the development team.

You will lead and mentor junior staff, manage tasks and timelines, and help improve live tools for multiple stakeholders and end users. Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for the Permits and District Offices tools.
• Gathers requirements from business clients and translates them into user stories for the Development Team.
• Prototypes, tests, and debugs applications and processes, including the Permits virtual/help agent.
• Prioritizes and tracks work items to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Re-engineers business processes and identifies quick wins for District Offices and legislative fee prep.
• Tests deliverables and develops training materials and documentation for new processes and systems.
• Leads and mentors junior-level technical staff, providing direction, guidance, and oversight on design and development tasks.
• Supports and continuously improves the live Permits and District Offices tools across stakeholders, developers, and end users.
