Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise-scale SharePoint administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365.
• Experience with AD, IIS, SQL Server, and load balancing.
• Proven governance, security, and compliance capabilities for SharePoint.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online, including Central Administration, site lifecycle, permissions, and migrations.
• Support Microsoft Purview DLP, retention, information protection, and compliance for SharePoint Online.
• Manage SharePoint security, permissions, RBAC, and governance controls.
• Monitor availability, capacity, performance, and overall platform health; perform backup/recovery.
• Automate admin tasks with PowerShell; integrate with Microsoft 365 services; mentor junior staff.
